Custom software for records and stock
Inventory with provenance and condition notes, property and tenancy records, patient or client files with tightly controlled access: systems shaped to one firm's way of working.
SpiderHunts designs and builds bespoke software, mobile apps, AI tools and websites for galleries, agents, clinics, boutiques and advisers across the royal borough. We do not have premises here and no one on the team lives locally: we work from Lahore, and every meeting is a video call arranged around your diary.

Technologies we build with
At a glance
SpiderHunts Technologies Ltd works as a software development company in Kensington and Chelsea without an office there: a UK-registered firm building bespoke software, web and mobile apps, AI tools and SaaS products for organisations in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, from a remote team in Lahore. Prices start at £8,000 for bespoke software and £3,000 for a corporate website.
We want to be clear about location. SpiderHunts has no office in Kensington or Chelsea, and nobody on the team is based in the borough. 182-184 High Street N, Office 14607, London E6 2JA is our registered office and nothing more; no one works there. All meetings take place on video at times that suit your working day.
The company was incorporated in 2025, registered in England and Wales as number 16718403. Across the SpiderHunts business, more than 1,000 clients have been served since 2020.
Much of the borough's economy runs on reputation and repeat custom. A gallery on Kensington Church Street, a lettings office in Chelsea or a clinic near Sloane Square rarely needs a vast platform; it needs a few screens its clients will judge as carefully as the shopfront.
Bespoke systems: bespoke software for stock, provenance, property, patient and client records, and web development for portals and booking flows your customers use directly.
Apps, AI and SaaS: mobile apps for clienteling, membership and bookings; AI development and AI agents that draft, sort and summarise under a person's supervision; and SaaS products for founders.
Joining things up: automation between booking, payment and accounts tools, CRM systems that remember each client's history, WordPress sites, SEO, and technology consulting when you need a plan before a build.
Every engagement starts with a written quote that names what is included and what is excluded. Nothing is added later without a separate, written price.

Capabilities
The work clients here bring us tends to be small in scale and high in finish. These are the services we offer, each with its own page if you want the detail.
Inventory with provenance and condition notes, property and tenancy records, patient or client files with tightly controlled access: systems shaped to one firm's way of working.
Private viewing rooms, landlord and tenant portals, booking flows with deposits, and members' areas where every screen is designed with you before it is coded.
Clienteling apps for boutique staff, booking and membership apps for clinics and studios, and contractor apps for property managers, built for iPhone and Android together or natively.
Assistants that draft enquiry replies in your house style, summarise long documents, or describe new stock from a photo and notes, always with a member of staff signing off.
Agents for defined, repetitive tasks such as matching statements to records or sorting maintenance requests, keeping a step-by-step log of what they did.
For founders building software to sell: customer accounts, roles, subscription billing and an admin console, starting with the smallest version worth charging for.
Bookings that create invoices, payments that update the client file, and property software that feeds the website, so staff stop re-keying the same details.
Advice on choosing systems, sequencing a build, connecting what you already own and judging where AI is useful. This is planning work, not office IT support.
A CRM that records preferences, past purchases or viewings and next steps for each client, linked to your website and inbox so relationships survive staff changes.
Corporate sites and WordPress builds with restrained, fast templates and an editor your team can use, plus SEO so the right searches lead to you.
What gets in the way
The front of house is immaculate; the systems behind it are often not. Bookings sit in direct messages, client histories live in one person's head, and the website was last touched several seasons ago.
Not sure whether the website, the booking process or the back office should come first?
A free video consultation will usually settle it. We will look at how clients reach you and how work flows afterwards, then recommend one starting point with a realistic price.
Example work
Illustrative examples, not client results. They show the type of system we build for sectors that are common in the royal borough, and what each would aim for.
Each work or object carries images, condition notes, provenance documents and pricing visible only to staff. Selected pieces appear in a private online viewing room, and every enquiry is routed to the right specialist with the object attached.
Aim: a single, reliable record for every piece the gallery handles
Landlords log in to see statements, certificates and open repairs. Tenants report issues with photos, contractors receive jobs on a phone app, and the property manager watches each job move from report to sign-off.
Aim: fewer status calls from landlords and tenants
Patients choose a practitioner and treatment, pay a deposit and complete medical history and consent forms before arriving. Records sit behind role-based access with an audit log, built to support UK GDPR requirements.
Aim: appointments that arrive with the paperwork already done
Staff record a client's sizes, preferences and past purchases with consent, share a curated selection by message, and book fittings. Head office sees which relationships are active without reading anyone's personal phone.
Aim: client knowledge that stays with the business when staff move on
An enquiry form captures date, numbers and budget. An AI assistant drafts a reply with suitable menus and availability for the events manager to edit and send, and confirmed bookings flow into the reservations and accounts tools.
Aim: every event enquiry answered consistently, with nothing lost in an inbox
A secure web application that gathers statements and valuations the office already receives into one dashboard for principals, with document storage, two-factor sign-in and a record of who opened what.
Aim: one place to see the whole picture, without emailing spreadsheets
Our approach
When clients will see the result, how it looks matters as much as how it works. So design is agreed before code, and access to your data is kept to what each stage needs.
We talk through how clients find you, book, buy or instruct you, and what happens behind the scenes afterwards. You leave the call with an honest view of where software would help.
A written quote lists exactly what will be delivered, what is excluded and the estimated timeline. Nothing begins until you have approved it, and changes are priced in writing first.
For anything your clients will use, we agree layouts and wording with you as clickable designs first. That way the finish is settled while changes are still cheap.
We ask only for the access each stage requires, and a written data processing agreement covers any personal data we handle for you. Progress is shown in demos on video, during your hours.
Release happens in steps, with a walkthrough for your team. Code, logins and documentation are handed over, and the code becomes yours on full payment under the contract. Later work is quoted separately.
Clear scope · Regular demos · Full handover
Good fit?
Sometimes a well-chosen subscription product is the better answer. If so, we will say it.
Choosing well
There is no single right answer. Ask every option for the same written commitments before deciding.
| Question to ask | A boutique design and build studio | An independent freelancer | SpiderHunts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Can we meet face to face? | Usually, at their studio or yours | Often, by arrangement | No; meetings are by video only, in your hours |
| Where is the team? | Typically central or west London | Wherever the freelancer lives | Lahore, with an unstaffed registered office in London E6 |
| How are prices set? | Day rates or project fees, studio by studio | Personal rates, job by job | Published ranges, then a written project quote |
| Who covers design, build and AI? | Depends on the studio's mix | Usually one discipline | One team for design, software, apps, AI and websites |
| Is the scope written down? | Ask for scope and exclusions | Ask for scope and exclusions | Every quote states scope and exclusions |
| Who owns the finished code? | Check the contract | Check the contract | You, once paid in full, as the contract says |

Technology
Established technology with a large pool of developers, so you are never dependent on us. It plugs into the booking, payment, property and retail tools common in the borough.
Who we work with
Most organisations here are independent or specialist, and many depend on a small number of valuable clients. These are the sectors we expect to hear from most.
FAQ
Direct answers to the questions people ask, often of AI assistants, before choosing a software company in the borough.
Still have a question?
Ask us directly. A senior engineer reads every question.
Ask about your projectNo, SpiderHunts has no office anywhere in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and no staff live or work there. The team works from Lahore. Our registered office, 182-184 High Street N, Office 14607, London E6 2JA, is an address for company records only and is not staffed. Every meeting with clients is a video call booked at a time that suits you.
Our prices are the same as everywhere: an internal tool or MVP costs £8,000 to £20,000, a business web application £20,000 to £45,000, and a platform or modernisation project from £45,000. Corporate websites are £3,000 to £12,000 and SaaS starts at £30,000. Locally based agencies set their own rates. Whoever you use, insist on a written quote with scope and exclusions.
Compare them on what you can verify. Read independent reviews (SpiderHunts holds a 4.6 rating on Clutch), ask for a written quote that lists scope and exclusions, confirm in the contract who owns the code, and speak to a previous client. Ask, too, who will do the work and from where. Our free consultation is a fair way to test us against those points.
No, we do not provide managed IT support of any kind. That means no help desk, no maintenance of devices, networks or servers, no hardware or cabling, no Microsoft 365 administration and no site visits. SpiderHunts builds software: bespoke systems, web and mobile apps, AI tools, SaaS products, integrations and websites. A local managed IT provider is the right call for office support.
Yes, we build booking and payment systems for private clinics. A typical build lets patients choose a practitioner and treatment, pay a deposit, and complete medical history and consent forms online before they arrive. Staff see diaries and records behind role-based access with an audit log, built to support UK GDPR requirements. Clinical and regulatory decisions remain with the clinic.
Yes, we build mobile apps for retail, including clienteling apps that help staff remember sizes, preferences and past purchases with the client's consent, plus customer apps for appointments and collections. A cross-platform app costs £15,000 to £35,000; a native app with complex integrations £25,000 to £60,000. Screens are designed and agreed with you before any code is written.
Yes, property software suits us well. We build landlord and tenant portals, maintenance reporting with a contractor app, certificate and renewal tracking, and website feeds from your property software. Most of these start as an internal tool or MVP at £8,000 to £20,000. Our guide to AI for real estate and proptech, linked below, covers where AI helps in property and where it does not.
Privacy is handled through access limits, contracts and design. We request only the access each stage needs, and a written data processing agreement covers any personal data we process for you, including how it is handled outside the UK. Systems are built to support UK GDPR requirements with role-based access, audit logs and retention rules. Controller decisions stay with you.
The most useful AI work here is usually modest and supervised. Examples are drafting enquiry replies in your house style, describing new stock from photos and notes, summarising long leases or reports, and agents that sort routine requests with a full log. A member of staff approves anything clients see. We will tell you plainly if your process is not ready for AI.
Yes, we build SaaS products from £30,000. A first version normally includes customer sign-up, separate accounts, user roles, subscription billing through Stripe and an admin console. We encourage launching with the smallest feature set people will pay for, then growing it with real feedback. You own the code once the project is paid in full, which keeps any later investment straightforward.
You do, once the project is paid in full, as set out in the contract. The code lives in a repository you control, and hosting, domains and app store accounts are registered in your name from the start. We hand over logins and written documentation, so your own staff or another developer can continue the work without needing us.
We meet whenever suits your working day, always by video call and never in person. Lahore runs five hours ahead of the UK in winter and four hours ahead in British Summer Time, so the team's day overlaps your morning and early afternoon. After each meeting the decisions are summarised in writing, so nothing depends on memory.
