Weekly posts
A post every week: offers, recent jobs, seasonal reminders, events and answers to common questions, each one linking to the right page on your website. Our guide to Google Business Profile posts explains what makes a post worth a customer's time.
Fresh photos
New photos each month from what you send us: the team, finished work, the storefront, vehicles and the premises. Real, recent photos show customers what to expect and give Google more evidence that the business is active and where it says it is.
Where shownQ&A where Google shows it
Where Google shows questions and answers on your profile, we answer new questions accurately and flag wrong answers left by strangers. Where Google does not show it, we put the same common questions into posts and service descriptions on the profile instead.
Products and services
Prices change, services are added and lines are dropped. We keep both lists current so nobody calls about something you stopped offering, and every service you actually want to sell has a clear description in the words customers search with.
Review requests and replies
A steady flow of review requests to recent customers, and a reply to every review, positive or negative, in a voice that fits your business. Our Google review management page covers the consent rules and Google's review policies in detail.
Edit and spam monitoring
Google and the public can both change your listing: a suggested edit can alter your hours, swap your category or move your address. We reverse wrong edits and tell you what happened. We also report listings that break Google's guidelines, such as keyword-stuffed names, through Google's own channels.
Holiday hours
Special hours set ahead of each Canadian holiday you close or change hours for: Family Day or its provincial equivalent, Victoria Day, Canada Day, the Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day where it applies, Christmas and Boxing Day. Customers see the right hours on the day.
Geo-grid tracking
A geo-grid shows where you rank for a search across a grid of points around your business, not just at one address. We track your main searches this way each month, so you can see which neighbourhoods you appear in and where work remains.
Monthly reports
A plain-English report from your own Google accounts: what we changed, calls, direction requests, website clicks, geo-grid movement and review activity. You keep ownership of the profile and its data; we work through manager access you can remove whenever you like.
