What do SpiderHunts packages cost?
SpiderHunts offers seven productised packages, each built around one problem a business wants solved, with a published starting price. Starting prices run from £1,500 (an AI receptionist setup or the paid AI Readiness Audit) to £5,500 (the Never Miss a Lead setup), with monthly plans from £150. All prices exclude VAT.
A “from” price is the starting point for a typical, straightforward version of the package. What moves the price is how many systems we connect, how many call, message or workflow types are involved, how many locations or pages there are, and how much content we write. You always get a written quote with scope and exclusions agreed up front before you commit.

Choosing
Which package should you start with?
If you are losing enquiries to voicemail, slow replies or no follow-up, start with Never Miss a Lead. If phone calls are the only problem, the AI Receptionist on its own costs less. If your customers mostly message you, look at the WhatsApp Chatbot.

It is the starting price for a typical, straightforward version of the package. Your price depends on your scope, such as how many systems we connect or how many pages we build, and is set in a written quote with scope and exclusions agreed up front.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT.
What is not included in the prices?
Third-party usage and licences: call minutes, phone line charges, SMS and WhatsApp message charges, AI usage, automation tool subscriptions, domain names and premium plugins. These are billed by the providers and estimated in your quote.
Can I combine packages?
Yes. Many businesses start with one and add another later, for example Website + Care Plan followed by Get Found in AI Search. If you want several at once, we quote them together.
Is the monthly fee a long-term contract?
Notice and contract terms are set out in your written quote and contract before you commit. Ask on the free call and we will explain them for the package you are considering.
What is the difference between the free audits and the paid AI Readiness Audit?
The free AI automation audit and the free AI Visibility Audit are short, no-obligation reviews that point you to where to start. The paid AI Readiness Audit, from £1,500, is a deeper review of your processes, systems and data that ends in a written, prioritised plan.
