Missed-Call Revenue Check
Put in your own numbers: how many calls you miss, what a new customer or job is worth to you, and how many of those callers you think would have booked. The calculator shows the revenue those calls could represent each month and each year. It runs in your browser, and nothing you enter leaves it unless you choose to send it to us.
Your numbers
The starting values are placeholders, not industry figures. Replace each one with your own.
This is an estimate from your own numbers. It is arithmetic on what you entered, not a forecast and not a promise of what an AI receptionist would win back.
Thanks, that's with us.
We'll be in touch about your missed-call check. If you'd like to talk it through sooner, book a free 30-minute video call.
How this calculator works
It takes the calls you miss each week, either as a number you enter or worked out from your total calls and the share you answer. It multiplies those by the share of callers you think would have booked, to get bookings at risk each week. It multiplies that by what a new customer or job is worth to you, and by 52, for a yearly figure; the monthly figure is the yearly one divided by 12. Every number in the sum is one you entered, so you can check it on a calculator of your own.
It leaves some things out on purpose. It does not know how many callers ring back later, how many would have chosen someone else anyway, or what each customer goes on to spend with you. That is why the booking share is yours to set. Lower it if you think many callers try again.
What the free missed-call check covers
- How calls reach you now. Your opening hours, who answers, what happens at lunch, after hours and when lines are busy, and which phone provider you use.
- Where an AI receptionist would answer. Which of those calls it would pick up, what it would say and ask, and when it would pass a caller to a person.
- What it would connect to. Your calendar for bookings, your CRM or inbox for messages, and how your team would see each call.
- A written quote, only if you want one. Scope and exclusions agreed up front. You can keep your existing number.

FAQ
How is the estimate worked out?
Missed calls a week is the number you enter, or your total calls a week × (100% minus the share you answer). Bookings at risk a week = missed calls a week × the share of those callers you think would have booked. Revenue at risk a year = bookings at risk a week × the average value of a new customer or job × 52. Revenue at risk a month = the yearly figure ÷ 12.
Are the starting numbers benchmarks?
No. The numbers the calculator opens with are placeholders so the page has something to show. They are not industry figures. Replace every one with your own. The result is arithmetic on what you enter, not a forecast.
Why does it ask what share of callers would have booked?
Not every missed call is lost work. Some callers ring back, some leave a message, and some were never going to book. Only you can judge that share for your business, so the calculator asks rather than assuming a figure. If you are unsure, try a low share first.
Is anything I enter stored or sent?
Not unless you choose to send it. The calculator runs in your browser. Our analytics records only which result band it showed, never your figures. If you ask for the free missed-call check and leave the box ticked, your figures and the estimate are added to your message and handled like any other enquiry under our privacy policy.
What happens in the free missed-call check?
We ask how calls reach you now: your opening hours, who answers, what happens when nobody can, and which phone provider you use. We then show you which calls an AI receptionist would answer, what it would do on them, and what we would connect it to. There is no charge and no obligation. If you want to go ahead, you get a written quote with scope and exclusions agreed up front.
Would an AI receptionist recover all of that revenue?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. An AI receptionist answers the calls you choose to send it, takes details and books where it is connected to your calendar. Whether a caller then becomes a customer still depends on your service, your prices and how quickly your team follows up.
