What is a free AI automation audit?
An AI automation audit is a written review of the calls, messages and admin your team handles, with a clear view on which of them AI could take on. SpiderHunts does it free for UK businesses. You tell us where the time goes; we score each task against the checklist on this page and recommend what to automate, what to leave with people, and what it would cost to start.
It is not a sales deck. Each recommendation names the kind of AI that fits, such as an AI receptionist for missed calls, a WhatsApp chatbot for repeat questions or AI automation for admin, and the reasons behind the score. Where a task scores low, we say so and suggest leaving it alone.

What do I need to provide for the audit?
A short description of the calls, messages and admin that take your team’s time, and the systems you use, such as your phone system, calendar, CRM or shop. Rough volumes help, and call reports help more. We don’t need access to your systems or your customers’ personal data to do the audit.
Will the audit tell me how much money AI will save?
No. We don’t promise savings, because they depend on how your team works after launch. Where the audit shows time figures, they are your own numbers, clearly labelled as yours. You can test different figures in our AI automation ROI calculator and decide for yourself whether the case is strong enough.
How long does the audit take?
Your part typically takes a few minutes on the form, plus an optional 30-minute call. Writing the audit takes longer when there are more tasks and systems to score, so we tell you when to expect it once we have seen what is involved, rather than promising a fixed date up front.
What happens to the information I share?
We use it only to prepare your audit and to reply to you. We handle it in a way built to support UK GDPR requirements, keep it confidential, and sign an NDA on request. Please send summaries rather than customer records; the audit does not need anyone’s personal details to work.
Do I have to hire SpiderHunts after the audit?
