- Entry requirements per course, specifically
- Full timetable with start dates and application deadlines
- Fees, payment plans and funding eligibility
- Assessment method and workload expectations
- Progression routes and what the qualification is worth
Capture the enrolment enquiry properly
Course of interest, start date preference, prior qualifications, funding situation and contact details. That gives your admissions team enough for a real conversation.
Route it same-day — prospective learners who have decided to act are comparing providers that week.
Support existing learners too
Timetables, deadlines, submission rules, results queries and access arrangements. All high-frequency and all currently answered by tutors and administrators.
