Every part of the business keeps its own diary
Venues that host weddings rarely do only weddings. The restaurant uses a table booking system, the cottages sit on a holiday let platform or a property management system, corporate hire lives in the events diary and weddings are in their own system or spreadsheet. Exclusive use is a rule that cuts across all of them, and none of those systems knows about the others.

- We connect to each diary you use through its API, calendar feed or export: weddings, events, restaurant or afternoon tea bookings, cottages and any spa or activity bookings.
- Each wedding's exclusive use terms are recorded as rules: which spaces, which businesses, from when to when, including setup and departure.
- Where a system allows it, the wedding automatically creates a block, closing online afternoon tea or table booking and stopping the cottages being let for those nights.
- Where a system cannot be blocked automatically, any booking that clashes is flagged to the right manager as soon as it appears.
- A combined calendar shows every booking across the estate by day, so the Monday meeting sees one picture.
- When a wedding is postponed or moves date, the blocks move with it and the old dates reopen.
