- Do you allow pets or sharers?
- What are the deposit and referencing requirements?
Availability is the question that must be right. Arranging a viewing for a property that went under offer on Friday is worse than not answering at all.
Valuation enquiries are worth more
A vendor enquiry is worth considerably more than an applicant one. Capture the address, property type, timescale and reason for moving, then route it for a same-day call.
Those four details make the callback a real conversation rather than a fact-gathering exercise.
Compliance still applies
Fee transparency, tenant fee rules and property misdescription obligations apply to what the bot says as much as to your particulars.
Keep the published information accurate and current, and the bot inherits that accuracy.
